We are currently in the process of integrating the activities of Ansynth Service within Qlip. We would like to inform you about the upcoming planning. Our aim is to ensure that the relocation goes smoothly and that we continue our high service levels.

From 1 June 2022 onwards, samples will be analysed in the new laboratory in Zutphen. Until 20 May 2022 you can still send samples to Ansynth Service in Breda.

After 20 May 2022, you can send the samples to the address below. These samples will be processed from 1 June 2022 onwards. Due to the reallocation of the Ansynth laboratory to Zutphen, the usual turnaround times may be temporarily longer than you are used to.

To be able to receive and process your samples in good order, we have listed a few things in the document: Information on submitting samples.

Q-portal – Online sample registration
After the move, you as a customer have to register your samples online and request the relevant analyses via Q-portal. Through this portal you can follow the status of your order and you will also receive the reports. In the portal, the entire analysis portfolio is visible to you.

If you do not have access to Q-portal yet, you have to register for a Q-portal account by clicking the button below. A few days after your application, you will receive your account details. You will also receive the barcodes by mail, which you can use to identify your samples and to register them in Q-portal. In the future, you can request extra barcodes yourself via the portal.
