Quality assurance in our laboratory
Quality of analysis is the most valued aspect of our service.
Our quality is maintained on several levels:
- A reference sample is included in every hydrolysis sequence of several special analyses.
- On a weekly basis an internal reference sample is analyzed to monitor the continuity of our laboratory.
- We take part in proficiency testing of Bipea as external reference.
- Every analyser is yearly tested with a full Performance Qualification program, similar to ICH guidelines.
Furthermore the scientific quality of our analysis is guaranteed by applying optimized hydrolysis methods. Ansynth prefers 3 different routes to determine a total amino acid profile as described in amino acid analysis to ensure the best possible quality, whilst other laboratories in some cases actually combine methods. Our views on hydrolysis are kept up to date by internal research as well.
